Common questions

Activation usually takes minutes, payouts come from Stripe on its normal schedule, refunds and disputes are handled in your Stripe dashboard, and plan changes happen instantly through the billing portal. Everything else is below.

How long does activation take?
Most businesses finish Stripe verification in a few minutes and can take a live payment immediately. If Stripe holds your account for manual review, it usually clears within one to three business days. Your dashboard shows the exact status and anything still outstanding.
When do I get paid?
Stripe settles funds directly to your bank account on its normal payout schedule — commonly two business days after the payment, with a longer delay on brand-new accounts. Enterprise Pay Gateway never holds your money.
How do I issue a refund?
Refund from your Stripe dashboard. Enterprise Pay Gateway records the refund automatically from the verified webhook and adjusts your reported volume.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Open your subscription page and use the billing portal to upgrade, downgrade or cancel. Your platform fee rate follows your active plan from the moment the change takes effect.
A customer says the payment failed. What now?
Failed cards are declined by the customer's bank, not by us. Ask them to try a different card or contact their bank — banks decline for limits, fraud rules and expired cards far more often than for anything on the merchant side.
How do I publish my storefront?
Turn on the storefront switch in your business settings. Your page goes live at your slug and lists every active product. Turn it off and the page stops being served and is not indexed.
Why does my product not appear on my store?
Check that the product status is active and that your storefront is published. Draft and inactive products are deliberately hidden from the public page.
Who handles chargebacks?
You do — you are the seller of record. Disputes are managed through your Stripe dashboard. Our guide on reducing chargebacks covers the evidence to keep.
Can I use Enterprise Pay Gateway outside the United States?
Availability follows Stripe's supported countries for connected accounts. If Stripe supports your country, onboarding will complete; if not, verification will tell you during the flow.
How do I close my account?
Cancel your subscription in the billing portal and contact us to remove your data. Closing your Enterprise Pay Gateway account does not close your Stripe account — that stays yours.
