How it works
From signup to first payout
Getting paid through Enterprise Pay Gateway takes four required steps: create an account, complete Stripe's verification, add a product, and share its checkout link. Businesses with documents ready commonly take their first live payment the same day.

- 01
Create your Enterprise Pay Gateway account
Sign up with an email address and password. Tell us your business name, what you sell and roughly how much you process each month. That last answer sets your recommended plan — you can change it later.
- — No card details are needed to create an account.
- — Your business profile becomes the basis of your public storefront if you choose to publish one.
- 02
Activate payments through Stripe
Enterprise Pay Gateway creates a Stripe account for your business and sends you to Stripe's own hosted onboarding. You enter company details, identity information and bank details directly with Stripe.
- — Enterprise Pay Gateway never sees or stores your identity documents or bank credentials.
- — Your dashboard shows a live status: setup required, verification pending, information required, or payments active.
- — Most businesses are approved within minutes; some are held for manual review by Stripe.
- 03
Add what you sell
Create products with a name, description and price. Each active product gets a secure hosted checkout page you can link from anywhere — your website, an invoice, an email or a message.
- — Prices are stored in the smallest currency unit to avoid rounding errors.
- — Deactivate a product to remove it from your storefront without deleting its payment history.
- 04
Publish a storefront (optional)
Turn on your public store page and Enterprise Pay Gateway publishes a clean, fast page at your own slug listing your active products with pay buttons. Unpublished stores are not indexed by search engines.
- — No design work needed — the page inherits a clean default layout.
- — You can keep the store private and just use direct checkout links instead.
- 05
Take payments
When a customer pays, the charge is created on your own Stripe account. Your business name appears on their statement, and Stripe settles the funds to your bank on its normal payout schedule.
- — Enterprise Pay Gateway's platform fee is calculated on our servers from your stored plan and collected by Stripe as an application fee on the payment.
- — Stripe's processing fee is charged to you directly under your agreement with Stripe.
- 06
Watch the numbers and adjust
Your dashboard shows gross volume, transaction count, average ticket, refunds and platform fees paid. If your volume outgrows your plan, Enterprise Pay Gateway tells you which plan would cost less.
- — Subscription changes go through a secure billing portal.
- — Payment records update automatically from verified Stripe webhooks, not from anything the browser reports.
Who is responsible for what
You are the seller of record: you own the customer relationship, the product, refunds and disputes. Stripe is the payment processor: it verifies your business, moves the money and charges processing fees. Enterprise Pay Gateway is software: onboarding, checkout, products, storefront and reporting. Enterprise Pay Gateway is not a bank, card network or payment processor and does not hold your funds.
