Already have a store? Bring it across, or keep it

You do not have to rebuild anything. Upload a CSV export from Shopify, Square, WooCommerce, Wix or Squarespace and your products are live in minutes, or connect Shopify and pull your catalogue whenever it changes. Many businesses keep their existing storefront for retail and use Enterprise Pay Gateway alongside it for deposits, prepaid packages and memberships — the payments a store platform was never built for.

1. Import a file

Export products as CSV from your current platform, upload it, check the preview and confirm. Name, price and description columns are detected automatically.

2. Or sync your store

Connect Shopify, Square or WooCommerce with read-only credentials and pull your live catalogue on demand. We never write back, so your storefront is untouched.

3. Add what they can't do

Layer on appointment deposits, prepaid packages redeemed over months and monthly memberships with automatic retries on failed cards.

Which platforms can I import from?

Any platform that exports a CSV with a product name and a price. That covers Shopify (Products → Export), Square (Items → Actions → Export library), WooCommerce (Products → Export), Wix, Squarespace, Lightspeed, Clover, and a plain Excel or Google Sheets export. Shopify variant rows are collapsed to a single product, and prices written as $1,299.00 or 1.299,00 are both read correctly.

When to keep your store and when to replace it

Keep your existing store

You ship physical goods, manage stock levels and returns, or run paid ads to product pages that already convert. Keep all of that and use Enterprise Pay Gateway for deposits, packages and recurring plans.

Move across entirely

Your revenue is services rather than shipped goods, your catalogue is a short list of treatments or plans, and you are paying store-platform fees for inventory and shipping features you never use.

Questions about importing

Do I have to close my Shopify store to use Enterprise Pay Gateway?
No. Most businesses keep their existing store for retail and add Enterprise Pay Gateway for the payments a store platform handles badly: appointment deposits, prepaid treatment or service packages, and monthly memberships. Both can run side by side on the same brand.
How do I import my products?
Export your products as a CSV from your current platform and upload it in the Import screen of your dashboard. We read the product name, price and description columns from Shopify, Square, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace and plain spreadsheet exports, show you a preview, and create the products once you confirm.
Can my Shopify, Square or WooCommerce catalogue stay in sync?
Yes. Connect Shopify with a read-only Admin API token, Square with a read-only access token, or WooCommerce with a read-only key and secret, then pull your live catalogue whenever you need. Products already imported are updated rather than duplicated, and Enterprise Pay Gateway never writes anything back to your existing store.
What happens to duplicate products?
Imports are matched on the original store's product reference first, then on product name. A product that already exists is updated with the newest name, price and description instead of being added twice.
Does importing move my customers or past orders?
No. Imports cover your product catalogue only. Past orders, customer records and payouts stay with your current platform, and new payments taken through Enterprise Pay Gateway settle into your own bank account through Stripe.
What does it cost to run both?
Enterprise Pay Gateway charges a fixed monthly subscription from $49 plus a platform fee from 0.20% to 0.75% depending on plan. Stripe bills its card processing fee separately, directly to you. Your existing store platform keeps charging whatever it charges today.
