For B2B sellers
Invoice other businesses on terms, and get paid by bank transfer
Selling to businesses is not the same as selling at a counter. Your buyers want an invoice, a purchase order number and thirty days to pay. Enterprise Pay Gateway gives you all three, plus credit limits and an ageing report so you know exactly what is owed and how late it is.
Net terms on every invoice
Due on receipt through net 90. Store standing terms on the account so repeat invoices go out on the terms you agreed.
ACH-first invoices
Offer US bank transfer alongside cards, and show it first. On a five-figure invoice that difference is real money kept.
Credit limits per account
Cap how much any one customer can owe you at a time. New invoices are blocked once the unpaid balance hits the limit.
PO numbers on the invoice
Add the purchase order number so your customer's accounts payable team can match and approve it without emailing you.
Receivables ageing
Outstanding total plus current, 1–30, 31–60 and 60+ day buckets, with your most overdue accounts listed at the top.
Team access
Give bookkeeping or office staff their own login to raise and chase invoices, without handing over your bank access.
Why bank transfer matters on big invoices
Card fees scale with the invoice. A $25,000 invoice paid on a card carries hundreds of dollars in processing cost; the same invoice paid by US bank transfer costs a fraction of that. Enterprise Pay Gateway lets you present bank transfer as the default and keep cards available for buyers who insist.
Card and bank transfer processing is provided by Stripe under its own agreement with you, and Stripe's fees are charged separately from the Enterprise Pay Gateway platform fee.
Questions
- Can I offer net 30 payment terms?
- Yes. Every invoice can be set to due on receipt or net 7, 14, 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 days. You can also store standing terms on a customer account so every invoice you raise for them uses the same terms automatically.
- Is bank transfer cheaper than a card for large invoices?
- Usually, yes. Card fees are a percentage of the invoice, so a $20,000 invoice paid by card costs far more to accept than the same invoice paid by US bank transfer (ACH). You can put bank transfer first on the invoice so your customer sees it as the default way to pay.
- Can I set a credit limit per customer?
- Yes. Set a credit limit on the account and Enterprise Pay Gateway blocks new invoices that would take their unpaid balance above it, so exposure to a single customer stays where you set it.
- Do you support purchase order numbers?
- Yes. Add a PO number when you raise the invoice and it appears on the invoice your customer receives, so it can be matched against their purchase order before approval.
- How do I see what I am owed?
- Your invoices screen shows total outstanding plus a standard ageing breakdown — not due yet, 1 to 30 days late, 31 to 60 days late and 60 or more days late — with a list of the most overdue accounts.
